Rs 1,600 crore a day: How Adani surpassed Ambani to be India's richest person

NEW DELHI: Gautam Adani, who is the world's second richest person with a wealth of Rs 10.94 lakh crore, has added more than Rs 1,600 crore to his earnings per day in the last one year, according to IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2022.

The Adani Group chief recently surpassed Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to take the second position in the world rich list with his wealth registering an increase of 116% in the last one year.
