Gary Neville has sent a tweet about Mohamed Salah after the forward signed a new contract with Liverpool.
After months of intense speculation, Salah put pen to paper on a new deal on Friday to extend his stay at Anfield. His contract, which was originally due to run out last summer, has now been extended to 2025.
Soon after it was confirmed that Salah had extended his deal, Jamie Carragher posted a tweet aimed at Neville. The tweet showed a video where, back in 2019, Neville predicted that Manchester United would win the Premier League before Liverpool, and that Salah would leave the club.
