Gary Neville has claimed things happen at Anfield that don’t occur at other stadiums and believes you are never safe playing in front of a home Liverpool crowd.
The atmosphere at Anfield was at its very best as Liverpool came from behind to draw with Arsenal on Sunday afternoon. Arsenal had taken a 2-0 lead through Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus.
However, Mohamed Salah reduced the arrears before the half-time break before substitute Roberto Firmino scored a last-gasp header to send Anfield wild. But with the Gunners 2-0 ahead, a shove from Granit Xhaka on Trent Alexander-Arnold appeared to wake up both Liverpool's players and the Anfield crowd.

The atmosphere only increased from that moment, so much so that Neville opened up on what it is like trying to play in front of Liverpool supporters when they are at their passionate best.
"Things happen at Anfield that don't happen at other stadiums,” he said. “You are never safe here.”
Reflecting on the game, the former Manchester United defender said: "We've got six more weeks of this where it's going to ebb and flow, flip and flop. I have to say, Arsenal were brilliant in the first half but Liverpool just kept on coming back.
"Your goalkeeper has to make big saves in a title run-in. He's made two at the end that were world class. Konate... could he have gone with his foot, could he have gone with his head?
"Arsenal should think of it as a grateful point rather than two points dropped."
