Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has labelled Erling Haaland 'four players in one' after his latest goalscoring feat on Sunday.
The Norwegian's early Manchester City penalty set the Blues up for a 2-1 victory at Fulham. On a personal level, the goal meant Haaland entered the record books again.
His strike was number 34 of the Premier League season, tying him with Alan Shearer and Andy Cole for the most goals scored in one campaign. It was also number 50 in total, meaning he is the first English top flight player to score that many in a single season since 1931.

With further records still on the table for Haaland, Neville said the City man has the elements of Wayne Rooney, Harry Kane and Brazil legend Ronaldo all rolled into one.
"He's a player that rarely graces this league - usually they're at Barcelona or Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain or we have players who emerge into that after signing," he said on his Sky Sports podcast. "At this moment in time, City have got the treble in their hands, they've got some difficult games against Real Madrid and a cup final against Manchester United but on the form that they're in, they're very, very dangerous. Erling Haaland is... he's got the finishing of Kane, the power of Rooney, he's unbelievable.
"He's unbelievable, even the Brazilian Ronaldo, the power he used to have when he ran, the explosion off the mark. He's almost like four players in one.
"It looks like now that harmony is coming at the perfect time in the season, where everything he delivers contributes so much more to City than when they had the perfection before."
Neville added: "I like Manchester City's style of play now in this team more than I have done for the last four or five years under Pep Guardiola because of Erling Haaland. He's that powerhouse, the imperfection of some of his touches, some of his play.
"I know that sounds really sort of derogatory in some ways but it does bounce off him sometimes. He's a bit imperfect, he does take risks. It's not as subtle and as precise as the rest of the players in the team who have all got this perfect technical ability but he's a battering ram of a centre-forward.
"He's got a brilliant finish, and is something really special. If you're watching him play, you are watching something unique. Same with [Kevin] De Bruyne, he's special but Haaland is truly unique."
