Last month Gary Neville announced a high-end 'British Brasserie' would replace the Bull & Bear restaurant, which was ran by chef Tom Kerridge. The celebrity chef said he and Neville were 'parting ways' on the Manchester city centre venture in early November.
Now, Neville has revealed more details on what diners can expect from the restaurant, which will be run by the Schofield brothers, the team behind award-winning Manchester cocktail bars Schofield's, Atomeca and Sterling - the latter of which opened in the basement of the Stock Exchange a few months ago.
Joe and Daniel Schofield and wine-expert James Brandwood have announced that The Stock Market Grill will open in February with head chef Joshua-Reed Cooper at the helm. The chef has previously worked at acclaimed restaurants The French, Where The Light Gets In and Mana, Manchester's only Michelin-starred restaurant.
