Renowned pundit Gary Lineker has weighed in on Everton’s hopes of avoiding relegation after their latest win.
The Blues secured a 1-0 victory over Chelsea at Goodison Park, thanks to a second half goal from Richarlison. That win leaves Frank Lampard’s side two points adrift of safety with a game in hand.
Everton have five league matches left to play this season, and will still have strong hopes of avoiding dropping into the Championship. Next up for the Blues is an away trip to Leicester City next weekend.
