Gary Lineker has issued large-scale praise the way of Manchester United target Victor Osimhen. Osimhen, 24, added a further two goals to his impressive tally on Sunday afternoon, netting twice in Napoli's 3-0 win over Spezia. He now has an impressive 15 goals in 20 appearances this season.
Only adding further value to his price tag this summer, United are known to be in the market for a new striker following Cristiano Ronaldo's exit. Wout Weghorst was however brought in as a temporary stopgap last month on loan from Championship outfit Burnley.
Erik ten Hag is known to be a huge admirer of the Nigerian international, and Lineker was happy to share his own thoughts on social media following his antics for Luciano Spalletti's side on Sunday.

After videos online emerged of Osimhen trailing through the crowd to check on a supporter who had been hit by a stray ball during his side's warm-up, the Match of the Day presenter wrote: ''Then bags another 2 goals. He’s as talented on the pitch as he is kind off it. Grande.''
Thought to cost United in the region of £100million, Osimhen is already showing his capabilities at the very top level. Ten Hag is hoping to further bolster his options this summer, with the Reds firmly in the race for a top-four spot amongst further successes under his tutelage.
