Singer Lisa McHugh was surprised when she woke on Tuesday morning to find out country superstar Garth Brooks had watched her perform, hailing her voice as 'beautiful'.
The Co Fermanagh resident had recorded a video of herself at home singing and playing the guitar to the US country star's hit The River, before sharing it on social media.
Now back in the US after his sell-out five shows at Croke Park, Dublin earlier this month, Garth was reflecting on some highlights when he was shown the social media clip of Lisa singing, with her baby son Milo cooing in the background.

Watching the video, Garth responded: "Wow...what a beautiful voice. Oh my gosh, what a beautiful human being, beautiful voice, beautiful baby. That's nice, I love that song."
Sharing the clip on her social media Lisa said: "Woke up this morning to see my little man and I featured last night in Garth Brooks live from Studio G when talking through highlights of his 5 nights in Dublin!
"WHAT A TUESDAY!!!"
Country star Brooks wasn't shy in sharing his love of his trip to Ireland where he performed at the GAA HQ alongside his wife Trisha Yearwood.
"I can tell you this. If people here in the States or anywhere else around the world say, 'well stay there, Garth!' I'm fine with this," Brooks said on his Facebook live show.
"They're ahead of all of us. Ireland is ahead of all of us. Some countries are ahead in technology, some countries are ahead in industry, some countries are ahead in their laws defending freedom and the military.
"Ireland is ahead of all of us in loving one another. They just are. They treat each other really, really good."
He added: "Thank you to all the Irish fans who took the American fans in like they were neighbours!"
