Garmin Instinct 3
The outdoor specialist
The Garmin Instinct 3 boasts a huge battery advantage over the Ultra 2 but lacks basic features including a touch screen. It's more rugged and can take more of a beating, but doesn't offer the holistic smartwatch experience of the Apple Watch.
Apple Watch Ultra 2
The all-rounder
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 beats the Garmin Instinct 3 with a more premium display, touch screen, and premium design, but lacks the rugged outdoor style and incredible battery life of the Garmin.
