An angry gardener has hit out at "nimbies" who he says have grassed on him and complained about the noise from his lawn mower.
Malcom Starr, 73, says council officers told him he faces an investigation over a noise complaint.
Mr Starr has been warned that officials may visit his property in the village of Holme-next-the-Sea, near Hunstanton, Norfolk, to monitor the machine with sound-recording equipment.
