CHENNAI: Rajendran the postman was surprised when he saw Minal Thamarai Selvan at his housewarming.
The two hadn’t really interacted except when he would pick up or deliver the sapling and seed parcels she was sending and receiving from fellow gardening enthusiasts around the country. “I decided to give him plants for his new home as a thank you. After all, he has been responsible for taking my plants all over India,” says Minal, a homemaker and member of the Seeds and Plants Swap Community (India).
