Plans to enhance the dining offering at the Lochgreen House Hotel in Troon have been approved.
Business tycoon Bill Costley submitted a planning application to South Ayrshire Council, seeking permission to build a new garden room extension at his five-star venue.
Now work to his 20m x 10m extension to the hotel will begin at the start of next year.
