This is the rubble from the Creeslough explosion being examined by forensic gardai in a bid to determine the cause of the tragedy which claimed ten lives.
The debris had been lifted from the scene and brought to the other end of the Donegal village into GAA grounds, located at the back of St Michael’s church.
Our pictures show runners, slippers and shorts among other clothing items. A doll could also be seen along with bed linen, mattresses, duvets, petrol cans and a 171 Donegal car reg.

Once all ten victims of the blast were recovered on Saturday, there was a “well-organised” operation to take the rubble from the scene.
The suspected cause of the explosion was a gas leak in one of the apartments above the Applegreen filling station. But sources say that work is continuing to find out where in the building and how it specifically occurred.
A source said: “Investigations are continuing at the scene with a number of workers on site to try to establish what exactly happened. If something becomes obvious to the investigators at the scene, they can go back to the rubble and follow it up.
“Specialists have gone through a large amount of it and are working away at that, checking for parts of a boiler or piping or anything that could have caused such an explosion.”
