The last of four killers still behind bars after the murder of Suzanne Capper in 1992 is set to be released.
Suzanne, just 16 at the time, was tortured and beaten to death in a sickening crime that shocked the nation - with a 22-day trial in 1993 reducing a jury to tears.
The teenager from Moston, Greater Manchester, was was held captive then beaten, injected with drugs and subjected to brutal torture over seven days.
