An investigation has been launched after a man was attacked by a gang of thugs who then smashed up his car. Police say the victim suffered injuries 'that thankfully, were not life-threatening or life-changing'.
Police are seeking five men in connection with the assault in Chorlton, south Manchester.

It happened on Badminton Road at around 8pm on Friday. No arrests have been made.
Pictures from the scene show a silver Volkswagen Polo with its windows smashed.
