Two youth were murdered at Sulebailu in Shivamogga on Saturday night.
The deceased have been identified as Salim, 22 and Abdulla, 23, residents of Sulebailu. According to the complaint registered by Tunga Nagar Police, Tipu, a resident of the locality, had a fight with his family members late in the night. Salim and Abdulla intervened to stop the scuffle. However, Tipu was furious over their intervention. Later, he along with his friends Alla Baksh, Jabiulla, Dadapeer, Vasim and Nasrullah allegedly attacked Salim and Abdulla with lethal weapons and murdered them.
Tunga Nagar Police arrested Dadapeer, 21 and Alla Baksh, 21 on Sunday, said a press release issued by Shivamogga SP B.M.Laxmi Prasad.
