A gang has been charged with stealing used cooking oil from across Tayside.
Three men were arrested in connection with the thefts that happened in the region and the North East in the last 10 days.
The suspects are aged 51, 32 and 21 respectively.
They were due too appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
Detective Constable Lewis Ingram revealed the thefts happened between between Thursday, 10 March, and Wednesday, 16 March.
He said: "Our enquiries into these incidents remain ongoing and I would encourage anyone who believes they may have been the victim of a theft to report it. Anyone with information is asked to contact us on 101."
