Agility is a quality more readily associated with companies than universities. At Galgotias University, there is a recognition that the nature of work is changing quickly and universities need to combine academic rigour with the ability to respond at a similar pace.
That approach has now received national recognition. At the Times Now Education Summit 2026, Galgotias University was honoured for Excellence in Industry-Aligned Curriculum & Student Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, with the award presented by Dr Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister for Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. The recognition puts the spotlight on an academic model where industry participation extends across curriculum, technology, applied learning and entrepreneurship.
