Galal Yafai is confident Eddie Hearn can deliver him a world title.
The British star has signed with promotion Matchroom Boxing and becomes the third Yafai brother to compete in the ring professionally.
He will make his professional debut on the undercard of Lawrence Okolie's title defence against Michal Cieslak on February 29.
Yafai has spoken of his desire to fight alongside some of the world's leading boxing stars including Anthony Joshua and Canelo Alvarez who has worked with Hearn in the past.
“The proof is in the pudding really," Yafai told Mirror Fighting . "I think Eddie Hearn is the best promoter both in British boxing and globally staging lots of top cards.
“He has had the likes of Canelo and Anthony Joshua on the cards, brilliant fighters and hopefully I can add to that.
"I just think it is pointless me fighting journeyman over six rounds at the start of my career, I have had a number of WSB fights that last five rounds and I have had double figures of those. Ten rounds is good for me, I am fit and ready and want to show what I am capable of."
Yafai won a gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games last summer.
He will be looking to follow in the footsteps of his two brothers including Kal who has previously held the WBA super-flyweight title.
His other sibling Gamal has also held the European and Commonwealth super-bantamweight titles and there is clearly a talent for the sport in the family.
Despite looking to replicate his brother's success, Yafai believes there are no lessons to be learned from his brother's careers and will follow his own path.
"I don't think there is many lessons really," Yafai continued. "Boxing is one of them ones where you have to learn everything for yourself unless you do something stupid out of the ring which I don't plan to do.

"I think in the ring they have always pretty much even when they have lost fights, they have always done things the right way. Sadly on the night they just haven't been good enough.
"That is the same for most boxers in fairness unless they have something going on outside the ring. Hopefully I plan to keep my head down, work hard and keep focus on my own career."
Yafai is a huge signing for Hearn with a whole host of Olympians from the 2020 games looking to make their debut.
This includes Frazer Clarke who has recently signed for domestic promoter BOXXER who are working in partnership with broadcaster Sky Sports.
Hearn has admitted his prior relationship with Yafai helped secure the deal and believes Yafai can become a multiple division world champion.
"I’ve known Galal for a long time, before the Olympics he was stand-out fighter in the Olympics, gold medalist," Hearn told Mirror Fighting after announcing the signing.
"Also he could move quickly so February 27 he will fight for a title immediately and begin his professional career with a bang. He is an incredible talent and I believe he will be a multi-weight world champion."
