Gadkari announces unique bridge with revolving restaurant over Beas river near Amritsar

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Thursday announced that a unique bridge with a revolving restaurant would be built over the Beas river near Amritsar.

Mr. Gadkari was on a visit to Punjab to review the progress of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra expressway and a bypass in Amritsar.

Addressing a gathering, he said the unique bridge will be constructed over the Beas river around 40 km from Amritsar.
