G/FORE Ladies MG4x2 Golf Shoe Review

G/FORE Ladies MG4x2 Golf Shoe Review.

I'm not normally a bright color shoe person. I tend to go for black, white or navy, which is extremely boring. But I loved stepping out of my comfort zone on the course and bouncing around in these.

It was a bounce as the massaging sole in the shoe was absolute heaven to me, just like G/FORE’s G.112 model. I really did find them comfortable to wear straight away, however they did start to feel a bit tight around my feet towards the end. No new shoe blisters with these though and I wore them again no issues - I did read after that you should go half a size up!

I am a forever fan of soft spikes. I did enjoy wearing these spikeless shoes as they felt grounded whilst also being light on my foot. The G/FORE’s have a full rubber outsole with sawtooth traction pattern sole and it provided the promised flexibility and grip. I didn't miss the spikes and it didn't feel like I couldn't play in the shoes.

The moulded back has an almost slip in feel, but the laces make it look closer to the kind of shoe I like. The rain had just stopped falling before I played and despite a couple of muddy puddles being unavoidable the shoes were unaffected and unstained. This is one of the reasons I usually buy dark shoes. But, this shoe’s upper is made of water and stain resistant engineered stretch knit fused with an internal waterproof lining and it stood up to one of the wettest British springs, so I’ll take that.

As a young woman I was definitely oversold on how much I’d be wearing day to night clothing. I can happily say that these golf shoes are truly multi-occasion wear. They can be worn to, on and off the course. Wearing it wherever you’re going next too is possible as they simply look like trainers. I really enjoyed these spikeless golf shoes
