Future Food Stars: Who are the finalists in the running for Gordon Ramsay's £150k investment?

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's latest show, Gordon Ramsay's Future Food Stars, is coming to an end and only three contestants are left to battle it out for his £150,000 investment. The show has tested the contestants' abilities to work as a team, to work under pressure and, of course, to work as a chef.

From 12 contestants, including Welshman Asher Flowers who slipped up when he fed vegans honey, there are now just three left. The final is an all-female final as Leah, Steph and Victoria go head to head for the money.

All three have solid and proven businesses that are already running successfully but want Gordon's help and guidance to take their businesses a step further. In a dramatic semi-final, Victoria lost the task and had to go into the grilling against Valentina and was able to come out on top to make it to the final.

Who are the finalists?

Leah

Leah is 38 and from London and at times found the process very emotional. Her business is Norah's Brownies which are 'free-from' brownies.

The brownies contain no dairy, no gluten, and are all homemade and the business has been a success in London. She now also sells cookie sandwiches with a brownie in the middle and brownie donuts. Leah is bubbly and very enthusiastic, often impressing Gordon with her creative ideas.

Steph

Formerly a Navy Lieutenant, Steph runs a tight ship. She is organised, efficient, and has the drive to succeed. Steph's business idea is Japanese-inspired soft drinks and she was inspired by a sour alcoholic drink she loved when stationed in Japan.

She decided to create her own soft version of the drink, Chu Lo, and she is currently based in Manchester. The flavours of her drink include apple, lemon, peach, and cherry, and it is served in YO! Sushi.

Victoria

The youngest finalist Victoria, who is 28, is hoping to impress Gordon with her naturally vegan snack range. Victoria was inspired by her mum's plantain crisps and as part of her business degree she launched a range of healthy snacks.

Victoria has won awards for her snacks and the range is now available in a major high-end department store. She aims to have the range in supermarkets and she is cool, calm, and collected during the challenges.

The final of Gordon Ramsay's Future Food Stars is on BBC One on Thursday, May 19 at 9pm
