Residents have been left outraged after a neighbour built a "depressing" sheep pen fence their shared garden.
Goldington House in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is separated into four apartments with an outdoor area that is divvied up equally.
However, one flat owner in the Victorian building on Evesham Road made the decision to section off their garden space with a 1.8m high fence - branded an "eyesore" by fellow residents, the Mirror reports.
