Passengers who paid thousands for a cruise on a luxury ship making its maiden voyage claim their stay was so bad it ruined their Christmas.
Fuming guests onboard P&O Cruises Arvia's first journey said they had been let down by a catalogue of issues, including long waits to eat, poor food, bad wifi and booking errors.
The captain of the ship and a P&O Cruises spokesperson have apologised and blamed many of the problems on “IT and connectivity issues”.
