Furious homeowners have slammed a developer, saying their new-build "dream" homes have turned out to be nightmare properties with a host of problems.
Andy Toulson says he's had to deal with a catalogue of issues since buying his townhouse in Castleford, Yorkshire - from a toilet that won't stop flushing to a kitchen that "virtually needs a full replacement".
Other problems include a faulty staircase, plumbing issues, poor windows that allow cold in, an unsecured dishwasher, a kitchen extractor fan without a flue and a waterlogged garden.
