Angry KFC customers have branded one of its restaurants as the 'worst in the UK' after multiple reports of wrong orders, cold food and generally slow service. Several dissatisfied fried chicken lovers have left awful reviews for the branch in Chestfield near Whitstable, Kent, the Mirror reports.
On TripAdvisor, the restaurant has over 100 'terrible' rated reviews from displeased customers, some of whom claim they left it hungrier than when they first entered. Among the customer complaints were claims the chicken is 'grey and lukewarm', staff never get the orders right and the drive thru is around a '30-40 minute wait' just to be told food is out of stock.
One furious person bluntly wrote: “If you're thinking of going. Don’t bother. You’re better off going to McDonald’s! The chicken is actually awful - dry and grey and lukewarm if you're lucky.
