A teenager has appeared in court charged with breaking into a funeral parlour on Halloween weekend.
Gary Murdoch, 18, is said to have targeted the Cooperative Funeral Care premises in Paisley, Renfrewshire.
Prosecutors claim he raided the property on Friday, October 28, and stole a number of laptops. Murdoch, of Paisley, is also said to have resisted arrest on the day in question.
He is alleged to have resisted, obstructed or hindered three police constables by tensing up and flailing his arms to avoid arrest.
Murdoch was arrested in connection with the claims and held in police custody for three nights before appearing in the dock at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday afternoon. The case was continued without plea until later this month.
