Disgraced funeral director Robert Bush “used lower prices” to lure customers before defrauding vulnerable pensioners of savings they could not afford to lose, a court heard.
Bush, 48, is to be sentenced for 67 offences spanning 12 years and affecting hundreds of victims at his business, Legacy Independent Funeral Directors in Hull.
