Irish crime series fans were left shocked after the sudden death of Love/Hate and Darklands actor Stephen Clinch this week.
Stephen was best known for his role in the RTE crime drama and portrayed the character of Noely - a criminal involved in a feud with drug dealer Fran.
Clinch also starred in the TV3 crime series Darklands, playing the character of Bernard back in 2019.

He is survived by his partner Karen, and his children Shauna, Stephen, and Alan.
Tributes have been pouring in online since his death was confirmed, and funeral details have been released by his family on Wednesday.
His notice on RIP.ie reads: “Clinch (Darndale and late of Millbrook) - May 24, 2022, (unexpectedly) Stephen (Clinchy); sadly missed by his loving partner Karen, children Shauna, Stephen and Alan, grandchildren, sister Rosaleen and family, sister in law Lisa, brother in law PJ, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
“May Clinchy Rest In Peace.”
The post also confirmed that the 52-year-old will be reposing at his family home on Friday from 4pm to 8pm.
The funeral mass will then take place on Saturday morning at 11am in the Church of Our Lady Immaculate, Darndale followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
Leading the tributes on Tuesday was Darklands director Mark O’Connor, who wrote: “You made mistakes but you came through them.
“An incredible actor, the only one to star in all my films and Darklands. One of the funniest people you could ever meet. Never asked for nothing and gave everything.
"Today has lost one of its realest legends. RIP my pal Clinchy.”
Meanwhile, fellow Darklands actor Robbie Breen, said: “He was a true character on and off the set, may he rest in peace.”
