A raging mum says she was stopped from boarding her holiday Ryanair flight because of an issue with her passport - despite it still being in-date.
Meg Gordon told how her family were frogmarched out of the airport "like criminals" after being turned away. She was on her way to Portugal to stay with her brother with husband Andy and their 16-year-old twins Jasmine and Dylan for their first family holiday since the Covid pandemic.
The mum has now warned others they could face similar problems after her nightmare. The family arrived at Cornwall airport excited about their trip only for things to rapidly take a turn for the worse.
