Fulton County District Attorney, Fondy Willis, is facing allegations of benefiting from a relationship with her lead prosecutor in the Trump Georgia probe, Nathan Wade. The accusations arose in a recent court filing made by Mike Roman, a former Trump 2020 campaign official who was indicted for his involvement in the fake electors plot.
In the filing, Roman alleged that Wade and Willis were having an affair and that Wade misused funds he billed from the DA's office to take Willis on lavish vacations. However, no direct evidence of the alleged affair has been provided. As a result of these accusations, Willis has been subpoenaed to appear in court next week as part of Wade's divorce case.
