Klopp will be forced to deal with several selection headaches as he juggles the fitness of his squad following a draining final at Wembley on Sunday.
The Liverpool boss has already confirmed that Thiago Alcantara remains sidelined with a hamstring injury he picked up in the warm up on Sunday, while Roberto Firmino is still out.
Thiago was pictured on the bench at Wembley in tears after the disappointment of missing the final at the last minute, as Alisson Becker comforted his team-mate.
"It was a very emotional moment," Klopp said in his press conference on Tuesday.
"We were all surprised. I watched the warm-up and didn't see anything - then I came back into the dressing room and saw him on the bed saying he felt his hamstring. It wasn't a good moment.
"We had to make the decision he cannot start. I didn't like that he didn't feel good, but the desire to play a final I liked a lot. He's fine again. But not fit [yet].
"We don't know exactly how long [he will be out]. For the weekend, not sure. Maybe Milan? But after that, definitely."
