Road closures are expected in Nottingham city centre on Monday (May 30) from 10.30am, disrupting travel. An event is being held in Old Market Square at 1pm to celebrate Nottingham Forest's victory against Huddersfield Town in the Championship play-off final at Wembley on Sunday (May 29).
Players and club staff will be celebrating with the trophy at the special event, and fans are asked to attend from no earlier than 11.30am. To make sure it is run safely, city centre roads will close while the event takes place.
It is understood these closures will be in effect from 10.30am, and will last until around 2pm, or once the event has concluded and fans have left safely. Nottingham's public transport providers, tram operator NET and bus operators NCT and trentbarton, have provided travel updates on how it will affect their services.
