The Queens Jubilee celebrations are nearly upon us and one area of Merseyside has seen a record number of street parties planned.
Sefton will play host to over 120 street parties with local residents out in full force to celebrate the Queens 70 years of service to the United Kingdom. From Bootle to Crossens neighbors across Sefton have come together to deck their streets with tables, bunting, and, Union Jacks.
Sefton Councils Highways team has agreed to 121 applications for street closures so that parties can take place across the four-day celebrations, between Thursday, June 2nd and Sunday, June 5th. We have put to together a list of the full road closures so you don't get snagged in any traffic.

A spokesperson for Sefton Council said: " The closures are all exclusively residential so there’s no disruption expected to A or B roads. This means that there no closures that would be expected to cause any significant issues to traffic."
