Fifteen Greater Manchester pubs are offering out a free drink to visitors throughout July - but only if they have one of 23 surnames. To celebrate the start of the Women’s Euros this week, Greene King is offering a free drink to any pub goer sharing their surname with a Lioness.
To claim the free drink, all customers have to do is show their photo ID at the bar during a live Euros England group game to prove that they share a family name with one of the England players. The first offer took place on Wednesday, as England beat Austria 1-0.
