Covid travel restrictions are being eased around the world, and Brits have plenty of holiday options with the likes of Spain, Turkey, France and Portugal already welcoming back tourists.
Most countries currently have travel restrictions in place such as needing proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test result. Rules are being relaxed; for example, this week Spain announced it was welcoming back unvaccinated Brits, having previously only opened borders to double jabbed tourists.
However, 32 countries have scrapped their travel rules entirely, and that includes plenty of holiday hotspots such as Greece, Croatia, Mexico and Iceland. (You can check the full list below).
While you may still be subject to regular restrictions such as tourist visas in some destinations, you won't need to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR or antigen test result if you want to visit for a holiday.
Meanwhile, the UK has also scrapped its rules meaning you won't need any tests, proof of vaccination or passenger locator forms when you return.

If you are heading on holiday, you'll want to check your passport as early as possible. Holidaymakers are currently facing waits of up to 10 weeks as the Home Office faces a backlog because of the pandemic.
It's estimated that millions of Brits delayed their passport applications in the last couple of years due to travel restrictions meaning holidays were off the cards.
Meanwhile, if you're heading to Europe you'll want to avoid getting caught out by post Brexit rules at popular hotspots like Portugal, France and Spain. Under the rules, your passport needs to be no more than 10 years old from the point of issue AND also needs to be valid at least three months after your date of travel.
The confusing rules led to the Foreign Office updating its advice for 33 countries earlier this month. (For an extra helping hand we've put together a guide to the 4 key passport checks to make ahead of the summer holidays, including the expiry date and issue date, which will be important if you're heading to a country in the EU).
