Leeds United will be without a number of first team players for this evening's trip to Elche. The Whites are set to play for the first time in just under a month following the World Cup break as preparations ramp up for the return of the Premier League.
Earlier this week, Leeds provided an in-depth update on the state of their squad, confirming that four players had not made the trip to Spain, with a further two continuing rehab separately. Another two issues, both seemingly minor, have arisen since then, and so here is a look at Leeds' full injury list.
Diego Llorente - hand
Llorente underwent surgery on a fractured hand he sustained in Sunday's session. The procedure was only minor and the Spaniard was expected to return to training before the end of the camp and play through while his hand continues to heal.

Potential return date: 16/12/22
Robin Koch - calf/Achilles
Koch walked out of training early on Tuesday after feeling some pain in his calf/Achilles area. His involvement this evening is in doubt, with Leeds yet to confirm if he has suffered anything serious.
Potential return date: Unknown
Patrick Bamford - groin
Bamford missed the last two matches before the World Cup break with a hip injury but it is a separate issue that has not seen him travel to Spain. He is set to undergo groin surgery, but it is not going to be an issue that rules him out long-term.
What the club have said (Dec 4): "Patrick Bamford is currently in Munich having minor surgery on a groin injury. He’s expected to return to action and be available within two weeks."
Potential return date: 21/12/22
Junior Firpo - groin
Like Bamford, Firpo also did not travel with the group to Spain straight away. He did, however, make the trip on Tuesday but is yet to join in with a full training session.
What the club have said (Dec 4): " Junior Firpo has remained at Thorp Arch having picked up a groin strain, but he will join up with the squad later in the week."
Potential return date: 08/12/22
Illan Meslier/Kristoffer Klaesson- ill
Neither Meslier nor Klaesson will be making the trip to Spain as a result of picking up a virus. No timeframe has been put on when they will return.
What the club have said (Dec 4): " Illan Meslier and Kristoffer Klaesson haven’t travelled to Spain either, with both of them currently out of action due to having viral illnesses."
Potential return date: Unknown
Luis Sinisterra - foot
Sinisterra missed the last three games before the break due to a foot injury, though no update was ever provided on the severity. He was pictured on social media in a protective boot but is in Spain doing rehabilitation work.
What was said before the break (Nov 3): "We believe it's (Lisfranc) partially torn, which puts him in a bit of a grey area, but he's probably out until after the World Cup break."
Potential return date: Unknown
Stuart Dallas - leg
Like Sinisterra, Dallas is also with the squad completing rehab work as he continues his recovery from a fractured femur. All eyes will be on a return to action after the turn of the new year.
What was said before the break (Nov 11): "Stuart's making great progress as well, and we'll see how that goes, but maybe we get him on the pitch at some point towards the end of December, early January."
Potential return date: Unknown
Suspensions
Tyler Adams
The USA skipper's red card at Tottenham in Leeds' final match before the break means he faces a one-match ban and will therefore miss the visit of Manchester City.
