Arsenal are back in Premier League action on Wednesday evening as they host familiar foes Everton at the Emirates Stadium. The clash is the north London outfit's game in hand over rivals Manchester City at the top of the table, offering them a chance to move five points clear.
However, the Toffees have been anything but an easy opponent to face in recent times for Mikel Arteta, especially if the recent meeting is anything to go by. While Everton languish in the bottom three, the appointment of Sean Dyche could prove a clever decision.
His first match in charge was the reverse fixture at Goodison Park, where a James Tarkowski header was the difference between the two sides. Plenty has happened since then, with the Gunners seeing their lead reduced at the top, though there has been some positive news as of late.

That being the potential return of star striker Gabriel Jesus on the horizon as the Brazilian ramps up his recovery from a knee injury suffered at the World Cup. The 25-year-old has been a revelation to the side since joining from Manchester City last summer, adding plenty of quality in the forward areas.
His absence has been well dealt with by Arteta, who has often deployed Eddie Nketiah in his place, though some games may have missed that sprinkling of ability that Jesus has. The fact the striker appears to be back in some form of training is good news, though the Everton clash seems too soon for him to return.
There were also minutes for Emile Smith Rowe and Jakub Kiwior on Monday for the under-21s against rivals Chelsea in the Premier League 2, with both given the first half to regain some fitness. With all that said, here's a look at the squad for the clash with Everton on Wednesday.
Goalkeepers : Aaron Ramsdale, Matt Turner, Karl Hein.
Defenders : Ben White, Gabriel Magalhaes, Rob Holding, William Saliba, Kieran Tierney, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Lino Sousa, Jakub Kiwior.
