Nottingham Forest could be set to miss out on Liverpool defender Neco Williams with Fulham reportedly 'preparing' a £10 million bid for the Wales international.
Williams spent the second half of last season loan at Fulham and helped the Cottagersto lift the Championship title to secure an instant return to the Premier League, joining the Reds and AFC Bournemouth in the top flight.
He played 15 games for Fulham, scoring twice and assisting another two and forming a strong partnership with former Liverpool man Harry Wilson on the right-hand side to become a regular in Rob Page's Wales team.

The 21-year-old made eight appearances for Jurgen Klopp's men Liverpool last season, but has remained second choice behind Trent Alexander-Arnold and could now leave Anfield on a permanent basis following Calvin Ramsay's recent arrival from Aberdeen.
According to the Daily Mail, Marco Silva's side are preparing a £10m bid for Williams to make his move permanent. Forest are joined by Southampton and Dutch side PSV Eindhoven in their interest in Williams as they look to replace Djed Spence, who is edging closer to a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Liverpool are reportedly open to selling Williams this summer, with £15m enough for Klopp to allow the right-back to leave the club.
The report has also claimed that Fulham have spoken to Monaco full-back Djibril Sidibe, whose contract expires in France at the end of the month as a potential alternative. Sidibe played under Silva for Everton during the 2019-20 season before the Portuguese was sacked.
Silva is said to be keen on a reunion with the 29-year-old, though the player will need convincing to make a return to England after his struggles at Goodison Park.
