Fulham: Andreas Pereira reveals upcoming talks with agents amid links with Tottenham and Newcastle

Andreas Pereira revealed he will hold talks with his agents over his future at Fulham amid links with a move away from the club.

The Brazilian international was one of Marco Silva’s key players last season, scoring three times and registering seven assists in 34 Premier League starts.

Such was the level of the 28-year-old’s form at club level, Pereira was rewarded with a first international call-up since 2018 back in March and featured as a substitute in games against England and Spain.

The Selecao have also named him in their squad for this summer’s Copa America, which begins in the United States later this month.

Pereira will be out of contract with Fulham in the summer of 2026 and has recently been linked with moves to Tottenham, Newcastle and Aston Villa.

Speaking about his future, the former Manchester United midfielder told Brazilian outlet UOL: “It’s difficult to talk about the future now, I’m completely focused on the national team. After the title, God willing, I’ll think about my future at the club.

“I’ll sit down with my agent and decide my future.”

Standard Sport understands Fulham are keen to sign Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe this summer, with the Gunners prepared to listen to offers.

The ambitious Silva is pushing for the club’s board to back him and wants to strengthen his attacking options during the transfer window.

Willian is set for talks over a new contract, while Bobby De Cordova-Reid will leave unless the club can come to an agreement on a new deal.

Cottagers stalwart Tim Ream is in advanced talks to join Major League Soccer side Charlotte FC, too.

The 37-year-old only signed a contract extension running until June 2025 back in December but the MLS outfit are exploring a move.

Fellow defender Tosin Adarabioyo set to join rivals Chelsea on a free transfer after completing a medical as Fulham monitor a number of central defensive options ahead of the summer window.
