Frustrated Steve Clarke apologised as he walked out of an instant interview after Scotland's 3-0 loss to Brazil.
The national team boss was clearly gutted after the result put progression at the World Cup in doubt.
Ahead of the match, Opta reported a three-goal loss for Scotland would give them a 49 per cent chance of making it into the knockout stage.
However, Scotland will require results to go in their favour if they are to advance as a best-placed third-placed side in the tournament.
Clarke stated he hadn't even thought about the prospect of waiting for results to advance in the World Cup as he walked off.

Speaking on BBC, Clarke said "I didn't even think about that, sorry. I didn't even think about that."
The manager then left the interview, which had been conducted very shortly after the full-time whistle.
On the performance and result, Clarke commented: "We made it difficult for ourselves. That's it.
"We gave them the goals, we gave them the game they wanted, disappointing."
