From TikTok to AI: What the EU now calls a security threat

The European Commission is equipping staff travelling to the US with burner phones and stripped-down laptops over surveillance concerns, the Financial Times reported last week. The country has been added to a list that includes Ukraine and China and other countries where electronic surveillance is expected.  

With geopolitical tensions rising, we look at which tech tools and online platforms can be used by politicians across Europe, and which ones are black-listed.
