Estonia, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Ghana are all holding Platinum Jubilee events

Research from globl ticketing and event platform Eventbrite has found a gala reception is being held in tribute to the Queen’s 70th year on the throne in Lithuania, while Singapore is marking the day with a celebatory reception.
Meanwhile, Estonia is hosting a quintessential British tea party while Ghana is putting on a lighting of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons.
The West African nation is one of 54 in total who will lit a Commonwealth Beacon across the world.
Events are taking place all around the world including Estonia, Abu Dhabi, Ghana, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Australia, France, Sweden, Canada, and the US.
Eventbrite’s Sebastian Boppert said: “People are so creative over the way they want to celebrate the Queen’s 70 years of reign.
“After being socially isolated for so long, we’re ready to party again, whether that’s having a cream tea or a Bollywood dance, we are back!”
Across the UK, cream tea offers, street parties and picnics are being held to celebrate the milestone occasion, which is being celebrated with a public holiday running from June 2 to 5.
Wembley Park is holding a free Bollywood Dance School all-day street party.
The Jubilee Dance Party has a jam-packed line-up of live music and DJs, circus acts and performers, wild entertainment including bubbleologists and stilt walkers and pavement artists.
Elsewhere, Merley House in Wimborne, Dorset, is putting on an evening of classical and modern modern, including all the sing-along proms classics, topped off with a fireworks display.
Tickets for the event, which starts at 8pm on Saturday, June 4, range from £10 to £25.
Other events for people to enjoy the long weekend include historical talks, Westminster Abbey Tours, orchestral sing-alongs and piano recitals, children’s baking and decorating workshops, tree-planting, and even tennis tournaments.
