Frogan Copyright Lawsuit Dismissal: Klein firm drops case; refiling still possible

Twitch streamer Morgan “Frogan” has spoken out after Ethan Klein’s company voluntarily dismissed its copyright lawsuit against her. Court documents dated September 8, 2026, show that Ted Entertainment, Inc. dismissed the case without prejudice. That means the case has ended for now, but it can potentially be filed again. Frogan addressed the news on X the following day, saying she wanted to believe the decision meant the long legal fight was finally over. The lawsuit began in June 2025 after Klein accused Frogan, Denims and Kacey “Kaceytron” of violating his copyright by reacting to his video about Hasan Piker.
