Animal welfare experts are appealing for a home for a good-natured Shar-Pei currently staying at Dogs Trust West Calder.
Gregor’s carers say he is an independent boy who enjoys the quiet life.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “Gregor is happiest when pottering around the garden where he can take things at his own pace, whether zooming around, investigating new smells, or finding sunny spots to snooze in.
“He enjoys his daily walks where he can say hello to other polite pooches. Affectionate towards his closest human friends, he can’t resist cuddling in for a good neck scratch.
“Gregor can be shy and takes his time forming new relationships.
“He would need to meet his new family a few times at the Rehoming Centre to build a strong, trusting bond.
“Arriving at Dogs Trust as a stray, Gregor can be unsure of new environments and would like someone to be at home to keep him company. A gentle boy, Gregor would be a loving companion for a calm adult-only household.”
If you think you could provide a home for Gregor or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the West Calder Rehoming Centre on 01506 873459.
