GRAGEELAGH GIRL is ready to set the record straight in the Cartmel Racecourse Amateur Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle (1.55).
The mare provided Fern O'Brien with her first win over fences 23 days ago, only to lose the race in the stewards' room. Unluckily for the teenage rider and her mount, the weight cloth slipped off on the run-in and the pair were disqualified.
Nevertheless the 11-year-old enjoyed the twists and turns of the Cumbrian track, benefiting from a patient approach to initially take the spoils.
