It is no secret that children often love to play outdoors with their neighbours. But parents aren't always so keen on the idea for a variety of reasons. Perhaps there is nowhere safe to play, or sometimes families aren't fond of those living next door.

Well, one mum claims she was left in a tricky situation after deciding her toddler could not go out to play with new neighbours unaccompanied by a family member. And it is not because she upset her tot, but because her neighbours insisted they be allowed to take out the child without supervision, the Mirror reports.

A landlord reportedly kept taking rent from a tenant when she was dead in her flat for more than two years. Sheila Seleoane's body was found on the floor of her home in February this year.

Three neighbours had reported the 61-year-old missing in 2020 and her gas supply had been cut off, but nobody “joined the dots”. Police eventually went to her home and found her “skeletal state” after receiving a phone call from a neighbour, an inquest into her death heard.

Fans of Britney Spears were left worried for her after she shared more than 10 naked photos online in one hour.

The American singer recently landed in London and it wasn't long before she stripped down to her thong in her hotel room and took some photos. The star then uploaded the series of snaps on her Instagram of herself posing on the hotel bed in her black and blue leopard print underwear.

State Pension is a contributions-based benefit that provides essential financial support for over 12.4 million older people across the UK, including some 981,399 living in Scotland. However, research by Age UK has found that an estimated 1.25 million women who are claiming State Pension are living below the breadline - equivalent to one in five.

Many people of State Pension age could be missing out on regular payments from Attendance Allowance because they mistakenly believe they will not qualify for the additional benefit or are put off by the claims process.
