Police who have been searching for a missing man for a week are making a fresh appeal after he was reportedly spotted in Greater Manchester. Derbyshire Constabulary says Jack Edmunds was seen in Stockport on Monday evening (May 16).
The 33-year-old was reported walking along Offerton Road just before 6pm that day. Derbyshire Constabulary says he was seen wearing dark jogging bottoms and a waterproof jacket, which was dark turquoise coloured at the bottom and dark blue at the top.
Jack was reported missing from nearby New Mills, in High Peak, last week, He is known to visit wooded areas and has been known to sleep rough.

Jack is described as 5ft 7ins tall, with shoulder length brown hair and a beard. Derbyshire Constabulary previously made an appeal to find Jack on the morning of Wednesday, May 11.
At that time, he had last been seen two days earlier, at around 2.30pm in the Parkland Avenue area of New Mills. Jack was thought to be wearing dark grey jogging bottoms, a blue hooded top with a warm dark grey hooded top over it and navy-blue trainers at the time of his earlier sighting.
In the previous appeal, police said Jack may have a blue and white shopping bag with him. Officers are concerned for Jack's welfare and are urging anyone who sees him or has information on his whereabouts to contact Derbyshire Constabulary as soon as possible.
