A French fugitive wanted on charges of drug smuggling between Europe and America was arrested in Pattaya by Thai police on Monday.
The 32-year-old, identified only as "Bones", was named in an Interpol red notice, signifying he was the subject of a national arrest warrant or court order and asking for global law enforcement cooperation in his apprehension.
