The freed hostage has been successfully transported from the Re’im military base in southern Israel to Sheba hospital near Tel Aviv for medical treatment and a long-awaited reunion with his family. Ofer Kalderon, who was held captive in Khan Younis, was flown to the hospital in an Israeli Air Force helicopter, accompanied by his brother Nissan who met him at the base.
Upon his arrival at Sheba hospital, Kalderon will receive the necessary medical care and attention to aid in his recovery from the ordeal he endured during his time in captivity. The hospital staff is prepared to provide him with the best possible treatment to ensure his well-being.
